GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE
Here you will find the General Terms and Conditions governing the use of the services provided by “Sakara 2011” Ltd. through the website for online orders “menu.jagerhof.bg” (the “General Terms”), which regulate all relations between “Sakara 2011” Ltd. and each user of the website https://menu.jagerhof.bg
.
I. DEFINITIONS
In the interpretation and application of these General Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
1.1. “Jägerhof” means “Sakara 2011” Ltd., UIC 201512144, with registered office and address of management and correspondence: Plovdiv, Trakia residential district, 4 Saedinenie St., which provides the services subject to these General Terms.
1.2. “User” means any natural person over 18 years of age who uses the services provided via the Call Center or the Website/Mobile Application in any way, including but not limited to browsing, creating a Profile through registration, placing Orders, and performing any other related actions.
1.3. “Products” means all products, including dishes, soft drinks, low-alcohol and alcoholic beverages, merchandise, promotional menus and packages, and desserts offered for sale by Jägerhof at a given time via the Website/Mobile Application/Call Center, which are part of the Jägerhof menu published on the Website/Mobile Application.
1.4. “Services” means all services offered to Users and performed by Jägerhof via the Website/Mobile Application/Call Center at a given time, including the sale of Products. For avoidance of doubt, Jägerhof does not provide delivery through this platform. Delivery orders can be made via partner platforms – Glovo, Takeaway, and Wolt, where their respective terms apply. The services provided by https://menu.jagerhof.bg
and the mobile application are limited to ordering products for takeaway or on-site consumption.
1.5. “Website” means the domain (internet address) https://menu.jagerhof.bg
, through which Users are provided the opportunity, with internet access, to order Products from Jägerhof.
1.6. “Webpage” means a part of a website that may be integral or separate.
1.7. “Mobile Application” means a specialized mobile application named Menu Jägerhof, through which the User, with internet access, can place orders for purchase of Products from Jägerhof.
1.8. “Information System” means a device or system of interconnected devices intended to store, send, or receive electronic documents.
1.9. “Electronic Link” means a link indicated on a specific webpage that allows automatic redirection to another webpage, resource, or object via standardized protocols.
1.10. “User Profile” means a separate section within https://menu.jagerhof.bg
containing user information provided during registration and stored by https://www.ordering.tools/bg
, accessible via username and password.
1.11. “Username” means a unique identifier chosen by the user.
1.12. “Password” means a code chosen by the user, used together with the username for identification.
1.13. “IP Address” means a unique identification number associated with a device or resource on the internet.
1.14. “Server” means a device or system that stores, processes, or transmits information.
1.15. “Malicious Actions” include actions violating internet ethics or causing harm, such as spam, unauthorized access, hacking, spreading viruses, etc.
1.16. “Force Majeure Event” means an unforeseen extraordinary circumstance making performance objectively impossible.
1.17. “Commercial Communications” means advertising or promotional messages related to goods or services.
II. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. Jägerhof provides Users with the Services described in these Terms via the website https://menu.jagerhof.bg
, subject to compliance with these Terms.
2.2. Some Services are available without registration.
2.3. Certain Services require prior registration and a User Profile.
2.4. Paid services are governed by additional terms available on the Website.
III. SCOPE. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
3.1. These Terms apply to both registered and unregistered Users.
3.2. By using the Website, Users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
3.3. Registration requires completing an online form.
3.3.1. By selecting “I agree” and clicking “Register,” the User declares acceptance of the Terms.
3.3.2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3.3.3. Registration may be refused if required data is not provided.
3.3.4. Providing false data may result in termination of services.
IV. USERNAME, PASSWORD, USER PROFILE

VII. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Not upload illegal or harmful content
Not misuse services
Not attempt unauthorized access
Users may terminate use at any time.
VIII. JÄGERHOF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

No liability for user misuse
Right to suspend accounts

Food is valid for consumption up to 4 hours after purchase
Complaints must be submitted within 30 minutes via phone

IX. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

X. LIABILITY
Jägerhof is not liable for:
Interruptions or technical issues

Data loss or damages
XI. BREACH
Jägerhof may suspend or terminate access if Users violate the Terms or applicable laws.
XII. INDEMNIFICATION
Users must compensate Jägerhof for damages caused by violations.
XIII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Jägerhof:
Collects and processes personal data in compliance with law
Uses data for service provision and marketing
Stores technical data such as IP address
Users have the right to access and correct their data.
XIV. TERMINATION
The agreement may be terminated:
By either party
Upon cessation of services
By legal grounds
XV. PORTION SIZE POLICY
Declared dish weights refer to a single portion including garnish.
XVI. OTHER PROVISIONS
Electronic statements are legally valid
Bulgarian law applies
Disputes are resolved by competent Bulgarian courts
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Sale of alcohol and cigarettes to persons under 18 is prohibited
Orders can be canceled within 3 minutes by phone
Late cancellations may result in blacklisting
These General Terms were adopted by “Sakara 2011” Ltd. on 01.04.2026 and enter into force on 27.04.2026.
Currency note:
Calculations use the fixed exchange rate: 1 € = 1.95583 BGN. Minor rounding differences may occur.
